Here's a fun felted project that I worked on yesterday. I plan to make a few more to create a nice grouping. Don't you just love lotus seed pods? They are beautifully organic, yet have a noticeable geometric designerliness to them too. I'd like to get my hands on some dried lotus pods... does anyone know where I might find them? ~ Kim

New Bowls Inspired by Old Work

3 new felted bowls 85/15 wool/mohair. A friend of mine noted how much my bowl designs look like a painting series (sample shown above) I had done a few years ago... wow, I didn't even notice that. Interesting how we have these symbols from our visual language appearing over and over again in our work throughout our lifetime. ~ Kim
